Every homeowner improvement and housing investment creates a ripple effect throughout the Inland Empire economy. Homeownership help strengthen local businesses, create opportunities for entrepreneurs, support working families, and contribute overall economic growth of the Inland Empire.  Per NAR, each California home sale contributes approximately $233,500 back to our local economy.  This is why ABAIE is a strong advocate for homeownership.
