Hari Dhiman is deeply rooted in the Inland Empire and has been a Eastvale resident since 2005 and over 38 years in Southern CA.

An Eastvale resident and entrepreneur, Hari Dhiman, was an active member of the Eastvale Business Networking Group in 2008-09. 

Realizing that in order to grow and offer greater opportunities to participating business professionals in Eastvale, the group needed the resources that a Chamber could bring. In February of 2010, the Eastvale Chamber of Commerce was formed with Hari Dhiman as a co-founder and President of the organization.

Hari Dhiman is the Founder/President/CEO of 88 Spirits Corporation founded in 2010. His passion for premium agave spirits led him to develop an Ultra-Premium 100% Blue Agave 88 Tequila delivered in a unique custom bottle. Over the past few years, his love towards agave spirits further encouraged him to develop several other alcoholic beverages.

As of today, 88 Spirits imports and distributes over 160 premium labels to several major retailers in CA. 88 Spirits regularly participates in public safety and charity golf tournaments as well as other neighborhood events and continues to believe in supporting the growth and success of its local communities.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​Cliff Tobin Director and President of Empowering Ventures has extensive challenge course building and programming experience, as well as, training hundreds of facilitators both domestically and internationally. 

He has been in the field of experiential education for over 23 years, working with groups ranging from corporate executives to youth campers. Cliff has been employed by organizations as varied as the Federal Government, United Parcel Service, Los Angeles Unified School District, and serving the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. 

Cliff serves on the board of directors for Heart 2 Serve, a non-profit construction company. Additionally, Cliff has been part of and led teams for outreach efforts to Houston TX, Florida, Mexico, Guatemala and Kenya. Cliff Graduated Summa Cum Laude from The College of Santa Fe, New Mexico
